Weather Update For Typhoon Rolly November 2, 2020 Monday

As of the moment Typhoon Rolly continues to weakens over the West Philippine Sea

On the forecast track of PAGASA Bureau, Rolly is expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) tomorrow morning November 3 Tuesday

It is forecast to remain a tropical storm throughout the forecast period. However, there is an increasing likelihood that Rolly will weaken into a tropical depression due to increasingly unfavorable conditions

There are still rough to very rough sea condition that will prevail over the seaboards of Northern Luzon and Southern Luzon, Western Seabord of Batangas, Occidental Mindoro, and Eastern seaboard of Quezon. Sea travel is risky over these waters, especially those using small boats

Moderate to rough seas will be experienced over the seaboard of Western Palawan, Eastern seaboard of Visayas and Mindanao. Mariners of small seacrafts are advised to take precusionary measures when venturing out of the sea over these areas

Batanes, Babuyan Island, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and the Northern portions of mainland Cagayan and Zambales

As of 4:00 am, the center of tropical storm Rolly estimated based on the available data at 100 km West Southwest of Subic Bay

And within 24 hours tomorrow morning November 3 Tuesday, Rolly is forecasted to move 540 km of Subic Bay and within 48 hours Wednesday morning it is forecasted to move 805 km West of Central Luzon outside PAR
