Tomorrow December 30, 2020 Wednesday, PAGASA forecasted LPA to strengthen and may bring rain shower over areas of

• Southern portion of Northern and Central Luzon

Rest assured, the forecasted LPA has less possibility to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility as well as to develop into a tropical storm
